What does Coaching Sanctuary LLC do?
It provides women over 40 with an interactive, web 2.0 application with a unique interface they can use to create the rest of their lives with integrity, intention, and the love of friends. The site provides a set of online tools to guide women through a journey of personal transformation. Members can take advantage of a self-guided life coach; a customized Vision board for goal setting; regular practices to help replace old behaviors with new, positive, healthy ones; a barometer for tracking progress; a journal to document the experience; a friends network for sharing and support.
How are they different?
It puts a spin on tradition by taking life coaching online and providing a place where women can take a self-guided journey in the comfort and privacy of their home. Coaching Sanctuary is the creation of Bettina and Mike Jetter, and came to fruition as part of a series of projects resulting from Mike’s diagnosis of Leukemia and the couple’s realization that life is finite and time is precious. Throughout the process of Mike’s illness and recovery and experiencing numerous life transitions, the Jetters discovered that positive change must come from within and decided they wanted to create meaningful products that positively impact people’s lives. Coaching Sanctuary is a space where people can experience that change in the way they work, think and live day-to-day.
Why could Coaching Sanctuary LLC be BIG?
Coaching Sanctuary could be BIG, as it takes personal transformation to a whole new level and will change the way women live their lives and allow them to live with more joy and fulfillment, achieve their goals and live a life with purpose. It provides an integrated set of fun and easy-to-use tools that can lead women smoothly along their path to a more fulfilled and intentional life. The tools—tuning into the Five Creative Powers, Journaling, Actions and Practices, the Vision Board, Goal Setting, Sharing, and Giving—reinforce and accelerate women’s transformational process throughout their Journey. They’ll use the tools in tandem during their transformation so that they reap as much benefit as possible from the process.
How they plan to make money:
We are providing an annual subscription to our members as well as offer other services like the transformational programs for a one-time fee. We will not have advertising in our solutions. At Coaching Sanctuary, you’re part of a community, not a marketplace. We prefer membership support versus advertising revenue: our belief in Coaching Sanctuary’s value for women, and our intent to protect and augment our value proposition. We’d prefer to see our longevity be the result of the value we deliver, depending directly on members who are willing and happy to pay for it; members who are growing stronger; and who are telling their friends about the benefits of becoming a Coaching Sanctuary member. By contrast, reliance on advertising revenue forces a business to primarily focus on attracting large numbers of visitors to the site, with secondary focus on end-results. We’re interested in helping people. Our focus is solely on quality, not quantity.
